Happy Thanksgiving! It’s that time of year again to break out the elastic waistbands, enjoy delicious meals and spend time with the ones you love. At ProVisionTools, we are thankful for so many things such as being a family run business for 22 years.
Traditions are a big part of making the holidays feel so special. One of our family’s traditions is to put the Christmas decorations up the day after Thanksgiving. Glitter gets on everything, the lights always seem to be tangled, dogs are getting tripped over and nostalgia sets in as we find old ornaments marked with special dates. Once it is all finished, the house glows and sparkles and we feel ready to take on the Christmas Season! While hanging the decorations, we always seem to have spots that are just out of our reach. The Pivit LadderTool is the perfect tool to assist with safely reaching the higher spots. Whether it is to hang the mistletoe in a door frame, putting the star on top of the tree or keeping your “Clark Griswold” safe while hanging the outdoor lights.
Another tradition many families have is to scour the Black Friday ads, create your plan of attack to get the best deals, and then try to be the first in line to get the doorbusters. We used to do this when there was a hot toy that one of us just had to have, but now that we are grown, we just sit back, relax and enjoy our turkey coma. In our opinion, the best day to shop is on Saturday! Small Business Saturday that is!
Small Business Saturday is an annual holiday shopping tradition that celebrates small businesses like ours! This national holiday, which was first celebrated in 2010, calls to attention the importance of shopping at the small businesses that serve as the backbone of the American economy and our local communities. Your friends and relatives are special. This holiday season, the gifts you give them should be special, too! So mark your calendar for Nov 24 — the Saturday after Thanksgiving — and get ready to Shop Small with us. Share your splurges on social media with #ShopSmall.
We at ProVisionTools are grateful to have the opportunity to make the world a little safer!
